Our school calendar is based upon that of the Madison Public Schools, with the school year starting in September after Labor Day and continuing through the second week of June. (See Calendar) There is an orientation for new students the week before school begins each year, and new students are phased in over the first 2 weeks of the school year.
Current families re-enroll their children in March each year. Applications for new children are welcome at any time and are processed on a first come, first served basis, with consideration for enrollment guidelines. Children may enter the program throughout the school year as space permits.

Starting in mid-October, a Parent Visitor Day will be held most Thursday mornings beginning at 8:30 a.m. and lasting approximately 90 minutes. We consider this a very important step in helping you to make a well-informed decision when choosing a school for your child; applications for admission are only available at the end of this visit to the school.
We also hold Open House events throughout the year: typically in November, January and March. In addition, interested families are invited to attend other informational events throughout the year. Watch our calendar or call for exact dates.
